Additional Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the images.

Additionally contained in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling various parts of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.

More materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
